The forum belongs to all users and they are reaponsible for reporting dead accounts. That is why we expect forum users to report dead posts. It is also stated in the rules ITS UP TO USERS TO REPORT DEAD POSTS. USING REPORT POST. IF YOU DONT YOU CAN BE REPRIMANDED AS ITS A RULE!" .
